Let GG Bran Crackers Help You Diet Even During the Holidays! By Joanne Eglash
Do you equate the holidays with crunchy sugar cookies and whipped-cream-topped eggnog? The problem with all those November through January treats: you forget about your eat-right food goals. Or perhaps you remember – but can’t seem to resist the temptations. Your next-door neighbor is famous for those chocolate-coated five-layer cookies she bakes annually….the office party buffet is laden with is buttery croissants.
I’ve got good news for you: GG bran crackers CAN help you stay on your diet. The trick: knowing how to use them to assist you with weight management success!
Here’s what to do:
- Don’t leave the house for a party or an errand when you’re hungry. Eat first. And eat the right food. For example, if you’re on a low-carb diet, enjoy a GG bran cracker topped with melted cheese. You’ll be fortified with protein power AND fiber – the perfect combo for low carb dieters!
- Travel with your GG bran crackers, whether you’re heading to the office, shopping, or a party. Individual packets of GG bran crackers, coupled with string cheese or topped with almond nut butter, make a great snack to keep you from indulging in the mall’s food court temptations!
